Hey guys, this is Nathan Hopkins from 3xMethod.com; Ive got another quick, highly effective fat burning tip for you today. The tip today is straight out of the University of Birmingham where they recently did a research study on the effects of green tea extract.
Now what they did is they took two groups, one group they gave green tea extract, one group they obviously didnt. Both groups were participating in moderate exercise. Now what happened was the group that took the green tea extract actually burned 17% more body fat than the group that did not take the green tea.
Now thats what I call some high quality fat burning, my friends! J
In all seriousness, the reason why that worked so well is what the green tea does is it revs up the process where stored body fat is released into the bloodstream to be used for fuel. So its literally used for fuel while youre working out to feel your muscles and even help your muscles in the recovery phase post workout.
I highly recommend that you incorporate this into your workout program and your diet. Its very easy. Its just something you take a couple of times a day.

Also to best duplicate the results that they got from this research study, you want to make sure and have this stuff in your system 24 hours before you work out. I take it once in the morning and I take it once later in the afternoon; thats how Ive incorporated it. Obviously, take it how its suggested by the brand you take or by your doctor but either way, this is the kind of tips and tricks that help you burn fat faster than you realize or you think you would be possible.
