Mountain Bike Workout
Hey guys. This is Nathan Hopkins from 3XMethod.com. I just am out hereI actually just had a nice little gnarly wipe-out out here on my mountain bike. Everybody is kind of laughing, and I thought, What better time to make a video to share with you guys.
Like I said, the reason I made this video is I wanted to show you guys we are out here on the trail, we are breathing in air, we are working our heart, pumping our legs, nothing too crazy. We try for about 45 minutes.
I really want to encourage you guys. During the week, you sit in front of your computer all day doing sales calls or whatever, you know, doing what you got to do to get by. It is nice to pop out here on a trail, get the heart rate going, get the testosterone up, have a nice little wreck, nothing that is a crazy cut, but you know, we were joking around, man. We sit in the office all day, we hardly get bruises any more; we dont get cut.
We are guys: we are supposed to bleed. We are supposed to get beat up and just have a good time. Thats what being a guy is about: kicking ass, having fun. But that is just pretty much it, man. I just want to encourage you guys to get out there, get on a trail, whatever it is. Run trails or just do something to get your blood going and have fun.
