Burn Fat Using The Sun

Hey, what’s up guys?  Nathan Hopkins from 3xMethod.com and I am just grabbing a snack real quick but while I’m doing that I want to talk to you about how soaking up the rays can keep the fat away.  I know that sounds kind of funny, but sunlight is something that our bodies definitely need.  Specifically when you get sunlight, your body has hormones that secrete, such as leptin and once the leptin is secreted, it stimulates production of what is called melanocortin.  Now once melanocortin is secreted into your bloodstream, it actually causes what would be considered as a suppression of your appetite and it also causes your metabolism to be boosted. 

By getting out in the sun you, in a sense, boost your metabolism, suppress your appetite and those are the things that are going to help you burn fat. 

By the way, I want to say hi to Oscar real quick.  There you go.  He’s local fish.  He’s kind of got an attitude problem so we don’t talk to him that much but anyway, you guys keep following me.

As I mentioned before, guys, being able to get out in the sun is going to help you release the chemicals or the hormones in your body, they’re going to help your body to not only suppress hunger but also boost your metabolism so essentially help you burn fat.  Also, you don’t have to be in the sun a whole lot to be able to get your body to do that.  Honestly just being able to get outside 5-10 minutes is really all you need to create that kind of reaction to your body.  Don’t think you’ve got to lay out and get some kind of sunburn or anything crazy like that.  It doesn’t take much to take much, it just takes a little bit of sunlight.  Honestly, you don’t have to be shirtless.  You can have a shirt on just as long as your arms, your face and some of your skin is getting that sunlight.

Big picture, again just little tips and tricks like this are going to help you to be able to when they’re added all up together along with a great exercise program, you’ll be able to  achieve your fitness and your health goals a whole lot faster.

I think that’s about it.  The other thing is sometimes around, I like to roll down this hill old school style.  You guys remember that?  Yeah, fun stuff… well, not really but anyway.
