3 Ways To Burn Fat Fast
3 Ways To Burn Fat Fast
Hi Guys. This is Nathan Hopkins from 3xMethod.com with three tips that you can immediately start doing the minute you wake up that will help you burn fat and have energy, not just in the morning but all day long. Im actually kind of cramped up inside so why dont you follow me outside and well go over these three tips outside.
As I mentioned before when we were inside there are these three things that you want to do that will absolutely have a huge impact on the way you start your day and getting your metabolism just kick started and roaring early in the day. The first thing you want to do is you want to expose yourself to light, I mean the first thing when you get up. Harvard and a whole slew of other organizations have done research studies that have shown that bright light early in the morning actually causes your brain to send signals to your body to actually boost your metabolism and get yourself actually ready for the day and also, it gets you out of that hibernation state that youre in when you first wake up in the morning that is where you are actually more likely to store fats.
The second thing is to get moving early. You want to have movement very, very soon after youve exposed yourself to bright light or youve gotten up. One of the things that I like to do while Im making my breakfast, cooking my egg or whatever, Ill actually do pushups. Ill pop out like 20 pushups and you dont have to be able to do them perfectly if its something that you havent done in awhile, you could have your knees on the ground and do them that way or even do them up against the counter and do like an inclined type pushup. So thats an example of what you can do.
Also the people that do exercise first thing in the morning based on a research study that Kansas State did, actually the calories that they burn pre-breakfast were two-thirds of those calories were actually fat calories. They were actually burning stored fat opposed to people that work out later in the afternoon who only were burning one-third of those calories were fat calories. Also on top of that, the people that work out in the morning, through some other research studies, have been determined that they a year later were still sticking to their workout programs.
So its something you can do get up, get some light, get moving, do some exercise. It doesnt have to be anything crazy.
The third thing is just to eat a good breakfast. As soon as youve done those other things, have some old fashioned oatmeal with some high quality protein like a whey protein or an egg or something like that just to get the old fashioned oatmeal is something that will actually help you control your hunger cravings all day long. Itll increase your mental energy, so youll be sharper and the protein will help feed your muscles. Thats basically the best to start your day.
People too often start their day, theyre rushing. Theyre trying to get things done quickly and they dont eat breakfast. They end up leaving the house and their bodys literally in starvation mode and they end up doing the exact opposite of what they want to do; their metabolism slows down, their body stores fat and thats not what were looking to do.
Those are the three tips to really get your metabolism just fired up in the morning to burn fat, help you achieve your fitness goals.
