Yes…having trouble downloading the material. I don’t have IPods and when I started to download…my computer kicked off and I am not sure how to get back to the download area. please advise me on how to download not using an Ipod

REPLY- You can download these m4v files regardless of whether or not you have an iPod. These files can be downloaded to your hard drive and played back on your computer with quicktime player.

Sounds delicious! I just came back from mexico last week and find myself addicted to these incredible enchilada recipes now!! Must go back next year sometime, I think, and this time head off the beaten path a little. Looking to reading more!

I truly can’t understand people who believe they can shed pounds with diets & pills. I mean, come on!!! Its not nuclear physics now, is it? Intake less calories than you burn and you will probably lose fat – yes, its that easy!!!

Hi there, long time reader and lurker here with my first comment! My only daughter is getting married to her lovely mexican gentleman soon, and I’m tasked with doing the wedding arrangements! I thought enchiladas would be a nice party snack, so trying to find a good enchilada recipe. What do you think? Any more ideas?? Anyway, thanks for your hard work as ever…

I’ve invited the whole family to ours this xmas for a big dinner, so obviously the roast is pretty central to that.. I found a ton of ideas at this roast recipe site, but cant seem to decide on anyone in particular – there’s so many to choose from! It is fun planning such a big christmas meal though!
